International Shipping

International Shipping

Shipping Outside the USA

Good news! Even though our shopping cart only ships to U.S. addresses, you can still order from anywhere in the world. Here’s the quick workaround.

How It Works (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Checkout with any U.S. address
Use a placeholder U.S. address (we suggest Disneyland because theres NO WAY we’ll miss that one). This is just to get through checkout—we will not ship to this address.

  2. Use the coupon code WHONEEDSUPS
Enter the code at checkout to remove the U.S. shipping charge.

  3. Email us your real shipping address
After you get your order confirmation email, forward it to info@munsseyspeedanddesign.com and include your full international shipping address and contact phone number.

When your order is ready to go, we’ll send a separate invoice for the shipping cost to your actual address. Once that’s paid, we ship it.

Important Notes

  • We won’t ship until you approve and pay the shipping invoice.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Your carrier may collect these on delivery.

  • Oversize/fragile items (like hoods and large body panels) may require special packaging or freight quotes. We’ll confirm before invoicing.

  • Lead times depend on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order. We’ll keep you updated.

  • Carriers we use: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on size/weight and destination.

  • Phone number required for international shipments to help carriers with customs and delivery.

FAQ

Why do I have to use a U.S. address at checkout?
Our site’s cart is currently limited to U.S. shipping, but this workaround lets us manually quote and ship internationally without blocking your order.

Will you accidentally ship to the placeholder U.S. address?
No. We only ship after you’ve approved and paid the separate shipping invoice to your real address.

How do you calculate shipping?
We quote based on package size, weight, destination, and service speed. For large composite parts, dimensional weight and special packaging can affect cost.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Tell us in your email and include your forwarder’s details. We can ship to them or arrange pickup.

What if the coupon code doesn’t work?
Finish checkout without it and email us—we’ll remove the U.S. shipping charge manually before we process anything.

What about returns or damage in transit?
International returns are handled case‑by‑case. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and parts immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can open a claim.

Product Inspection & Fitment Policy

Read This Before You Start Wrenching

Welcome to the part of the website nobody wants to read until something goes sideways.
Don’t be that guy. Read it now, thank us later.

1. Inspect Your Parts — FAST. (You’ve Got 3 Days)

When that box hits your doorstep, it’s go time.
You’ve got 3 calendar days to tear into it, look it over, and tell us if something’s off. Why?
Because shipping insurance doesn’t care about your busy schedule — they’ve got a hard stop, and so do we.

What counts:

  • Shipping damage

  • Wrong part

  • Missing hardware

  • Box looked like it lost a bar fight with a forklift

If anything’s wrong:

  1. Take clear photos of everything (box, part, label).

  2. Email us at info@munsseyspeedanddesign.com.

  3. Don’t install it. Don’t modify it. Don’t “see if it’ll work.”

Miss that 3-day window and we can’t file the claim. That’s on you, not us.

2. Fitment Issues? You’ve Got 30 Days.

We build parts that fit. If something’s weird, you’ve got 30 calendar days from delivery to say so.
After that, it’s considered yours — quirks and all.

What’s covered:

  • Actual fitment problems

  • Real manufacturing defects (not “I didn’t read the instructions”)

  • Hardware or bonding failures

What to do:

  1. Snap pics of the issue and the install area.

  2. Tell us what’s happening.

  3. Email it to info@munsseyspeedanddesign.com.

We’ll help you out with:

  • Fitment guidance

  • Replacement or repair if needed

  • Warranty claim review

But after 30 days? Game over. Warranty clock stops ticking.

3. A Few More Things You Should Know

  • If you cut it, drill it, beat on it, or “just make it work,” that’s on you.

  • Warranty doesn’t cover user-induced carnage.

  • Cosmetic scuffs from installation heroics don’t qualify as defects.

  • We review every claim. If needed, we may ask for the part back.

TL;DR:

  • 3 days for shipping damage.

  • 30 days for fitment issues.

  • Don’t sleep on it.

  • Don’t ghost us.

  • Don’t try to warranty your “oops.”

We’ll treat you right if you bring it up on time. Simple as that.
